I love my sewing machine. But, I also love to knit while watching TV. I’ve slowly been making my way through all of the episodes of Midsomer Murder that Netflix has.
While recently catching an episode called “Made to Measure,” it seemed like each character in the village featured a sewing machine in their home. And in one, there was one that looked just like mine!
After completing three honeycowls in Manos del Uruguay Maxima on HiyaHiya sharps, Addi Click Lace short tips, and ChiaoGoo Twist short tips, I decided on the ChiaoGoo.
I purchased the 4-inch tips of ChiaoGoo Twist interchangables in sizes 2-8. I picked up various lengths in both the Twist and Spin cords. The best of both worlds! No memory and good structure with the Twists, and light-weight and swiveling with the Spin.
I haven’t been knitting much lately, with the re-focus on sewing (or maybe I over did it with honeycowls back-to-back-to-back?), but they have already come in handy on a few smaller projects.
